Why aquatics

Water safety is a life skill.

Our indoor pool runs year-round, weekly, in small groups. From the moment a child can be safely held in the water — around six months — through stroke refinement at age twelve, we follow a continuous progression. No gaps, no awkward transitions to a new program partway through.

Every instructor is certified through the Lifesaving Society. Every class is capped at six children. Every family receives written feedback after each session. We treat swimming like the literacy of water — something every child deserves to learn well.

The journey

Three stages, one progression.

Every child progresses on their own timeline, but the path is consistent. From parent-and-tot through stroke development, swimmers move through the same continuum without changing programs.

01

Confidence Starts Here

Parent & Tot · Splash 1–3

Six months through preschool. Parents are in the water with their children, building water comfort through song, play, and gentle skill-building. By the end of Splash 3, kids are kicking, blowing bubbles, and entering the water on their own with growing confidence.

02

Splash · Swim · Smile

Ages 4 – 8 · Mid levels

The middle of the journey. Kids who've outgrown parent-led swims but aren't ready for stroke development yet. We focus on independence, depth confidence, treading water, and play. Most kids find their love of swimming here.

03

Aquatic Excellence

Stroke 1–3 · Ages 7+

For school-age swimmers ready to develop real strokes. Front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and treading. Lap-style drills, distance work, stroke refinement. Many of our Stroke 3 grads go on to club-level competitive swimming.
